About the role

Govfy is government service transformation without citizen chasing — an in-house venture of TechMozer International FZE operating in a multi-billion-dollar industry vertical.

Citizens chase departments for service updates while legacy systems hide delays — Govfy G2C adds an accountability layer above existing infrastructure with SLA enforcement and leadership visibility.

This is a senior Business Leader & COO role. You own Government G2C transformation — department pilots, SLA adoption, and public-sector contract expansion. Vijay builds the technology; you bring the platform to market — revenue, partnerships, operations, and execution.

TechMozer ventures run lean and AI-native. You will not inherit a 200-person sales org. You will build execution with judgment, partnerships, and AI-leveraged operations — hiring only where humans create irreplaceable leverage.

You report directly to the founder and operate with weekly operating metrics: pipeline, revenue, activation, retention, and unit economics — not vanity dashboards.

What you'll do

  • Own venture P&L: revenue targets, unit economics, cost discipline, and honest forecasting.
  • Drive go-to-market: enterprise, government, provider, or merchant partnerships — pilot to production, not perpetual pilots.
  • Build and lead a lean execution team (sales, ops, success, partnerships) using AI-native workflows where possible.
  • Translate live product capability into market traction — deployments, references, and recurring revenue.
  • Report directly to Vijay (The AiMan) with weekly operating metrics and clear trade-off recommendations.
  • Accountable for: Signed department and ministry pilot contracts.
  • Accountable for: Pilot-to-production conversion and service rollout count.
  • Accountable for: Citizen portal adoption and SLA compliance improvement.
  • Accountable for: Process audit and consulting revenue pipeline.

What we look for

  • 5+ years in business leadership, venture GM, COO, or growth/operations leadership with P&L ownership.
  • Track record shipping revenue and operational outcomes — not strategy decks alone.
  • Experience scaling B2B, marketplace, government, or regulated-industry products is strongly preferred.
  • Comfortable in AI-native, lean teams — you execute with leverage, not headcount bloat.
  • Strong partnership, stakeholder, and negotiation skills across enterprise or public-sector contexts where relevant.
  • Willing to be hands-on in early-stage venture scaling; overlap with Gulf Standard Time and periodic Dubai HQ visits.
