About the role
1 Cloud Consulting is zoho premium partner & digital transformation consulting — an in-house venture of TechMozer International FZE, built from Dubai since 2013.
Replace fragmented cloud apps with Zoho-powered operating systems — strategy, implementation, and industry ERP consulting from a TechMozer practice.
This Product Owner role owns Zoho transformation offerings, delivery playbooks, and practice growth. You will work at the intersection of product judgment and AI-native operations: most repetitive work is automated, but scaling globally still needs humans who think clearly, move fast, and love building with AI.
You will collaborate with Vijay — The AiMan — and a lean HQ team. We hire young, dynamic talent (typically 0–4 years) who are passionate about technology and unafraid of AI. We do not hire for data entry or low-value manual work — we hire critical thinkers who can own outcomes on Zoho Premium Partner implementations, Zoho One & CRM Plus rollouts, Industry ERP on Zoho (hospitality, automotive, real estate).
What you'll do
- Define and prioritize roadmap items for Zoho transformation offerings, delivery playbooks, and practice growth based on user evidence, metrics, and AI-assisted research — not guesswork.
- Translate complex user problems into shippable product specs that engineering and AI workflows can execute.
- Partner with AI operations to design human-in-the-loop processes that scale without sacrificing quality.
- Run experiments, measure outcomes, and communicate trade-offs clearly to HQ leadership.
- Support venture growth by improving activation, retention, or supply/demand loops relevant to 1 Cloud Consulting.
- Represent the 1 Cloud Consulting product voice in cross-venture learnings across TechMozer's portfolio.
What we look for
- 0–4 years in product, growth, analytics, or customer-facing product roles — we value judgment and curiosity over tenure.
- Demonstrated critical thinking: you break ambiguous problems into testable hypotheses.
- Genuine passion for AI products — you use AI tools daily and want to build with them, not against them.
- Strong written communication; comfortable async with a distributed, lean team.
- Product sense for multi-sided platforms, marketplaces, or operating systems is a plus.
- Based anywhere with overlap to Gulf Standard Time; willingness to visit Dubai HQ periodically is welcome.
